Why is my stock not live?

There are a couple of common reasons why your stock might not be live:

1. Your stock file has not been updated for more than 48 hours (common with FTP or SFTP upload methods).

2. There is a software failure or incorrect file type was uploaded (common with API or API Google Sheet upload methods).
