To set up your legal entity with Nivoda, we require your first invoice and bank details. Once these documents are received, our tax team will review and verify them. This process typically takes 2–3 working days.

Bank details (via cancelled cheque or bank confirmation letter)
Other Locations (ROW)
Belgium (BE) / Netherlands (NL): Invoice must include VAT number
Australia (AU): Invoice must include GST number
UAE: Invoice must include TRN (Tax Registration Number)
United States (US) / Hong Kong (HK): Only invoice and bank details are required (no tax number needed)
Bank Verification (All Locations)
Bank details must be verified by providing one of the following:
A cancelled cheque, or
A bank confirmation letter
Finalisation
Once all documents are validated, your legal entity will be created and finalised within 2–3 business days.
