If some of your uploaded stones are not appearing on Nivoda, you can review and resolve the issues directly from your dashboard. Follow the steps below to identify which stones did not go live and why.
Navigate to the Dashboard
From the menu on the left-hand side, click on Dashboard.Access the Missing Stones Report
Scroll down to the Inventory Insights section and click View Missing StonesReview the errors
You’ll see a report showing all stones that were uploaded but are not currently live. Each entry includes the reason the stone was not published (e.g. missing certificate, invalid data, price missmatch, etc.).
Use this report to correct any issues in your upload file before re-uploading or to update individual stones as needed.
