If your business will be closed for a holiday or other reason, we can update your ETA on the platform to consider your closure dates.
- Log in to your Nivoda account.
- On the left navigation bar, click on Menu.
- Scroll to the bottom and click on the Settings.
- Under Company Settings - scroll down to the Closure Dates section
- Click on Add New and update your company's closure dates.
We will automatically sync the ETA for your orders to reflect your closure dates
