If your business will be closed for a holiday or other reason, we can update your ETA on the platform to consider your closure dates.
- Log in to your Nivoda account.

On the left navigation bar, click on Menu.

Scroll to the bottom and click on the Settings.

Under Company Settings - scroll down to the Closure Dates section
Click on “Add New”, select the location where your office will be closed (e.g., India, HK, UK), and update the relevant closure dates.
We will automatically sync the ETA for your orders to reflect your closure dates
