Customers can now request tweezers videos directly from your listings on the Nivoda platform. When a request comes in, you'll receive an instant notification so you can respond quickly — helping convert interested buyers into confirmed orders.
- Receive the Request
When a customer submits a tweezer video request from one of your listings, you'll be notified immediately. There are two places to view and manage incoming requests:
- Option A (Dashboard): Log in to your Nivoda account and locate the Pending Enquiries widget on your dashboard. Click Respond to action a request.
- Option B (Menu): Click Diamond Enquiries in the left navigation menu to see all pending requests in one place.
- Open the Enquiry
From the Diamond Enquiries dashboard, all pending requests are listed. Click Provide Details next to the relevant stone to open the response Panel.
- Upload Your Tweezer Video
In the Provide Details panel, you can upload your response directly:
- Paste or upload your tweezer video link
- Optionally add a diamond image
- Fill in any missing stone information at the same time
- Submission Complete
Once submitted, the customer is automatically notified that their tweezer video is ready to view. No further action is needed on your end.
