How to Create & Replace the File When the File Is Corrupted or Fails Due to “Too Many Columns Provided”

1. Open the existing/old file on your system.

 

2. Select only the data from the old file.

3. Create a new blank file in any other Location or in upload folder (csv or xlsx).

4. Copy and paste the only data from the old file into the new file.

5. Delete the old file from the nivoda upload folder.

6. After deleting, replace the new file and rename to old file name in the SFTP folder.

7. Do not upload any additional or duplicate files to the folder.
8. Once the file is uploaded, please let us know so we can verify the file processing from our end.
